It is well-suited for RSC, wrap-around, lithographic, and display cases and trays, as well as wrapped product. For applications where the use of a vacuum end-of-arm tool is not practical, the RL1000 is the ideal solution because it palletizes full layers of cases without sacrificing speed or case aesthetics. With eight standard layouts, the RL1000 has a configuration to meet each customer’s application and level of automation.

- Activated rollers positioned on pick bed allow for quick transport of layer into position for picking
