Alexandria, MN — With most traditional partition inserters, manufacturers still face a challenge protecting products during packaging and maintaining high line speeds. Brenton, powered by ProMach, solves this challenge with its advanced inline partition inserter technology which gently places dividers around products while being conveyed, simultaneously with case packing, or immediately after products are placed in cases.
Brenton’s partition inserter technology is ideal for products such as bottled beverages, upright jars, labeled products, lightweight PET containers or other products easily damaged during packaging. Most traditional partition inserters require products to be dropped into cases which can cause glass to break or lightweight PET containers to buckle. In many instances partition inserters are also integrated too late on the line to prevent product against product abrasion. Line speed and efficiency are usually sacrificed to prevent damage.
Brenton’s solution, which is offered in both conventional and robotic models, has eliminated the need to drop products into divided cases. Brenton’s technology gently places partition inserts around products at the best point to maintain speeds and prevent damage, typically simultaneously with case packing or while being conveyed.
